Hi Patricia,
Just wanted to touch base with you and wish you the very best! I'm sure your catering business is still flourishing. How's your culinary journey going, I'm on one of my own too. I only recently, (as in the last 2 years), became aware of how influential Lidia Bastianich is in the Italian Cooking world. She is an amazing culinarian!
All the best,
Smokin'

My blog
Acerca de mí
Mother of two grown boys. Now I have the time to pursue my culinary career! Currently run a small catering business for small parties and events. Most of my recipes have an Italian influence, but my heritage is Polish. I have included traditional Polish recipes as well. I'm trying to preserve all the old recipes, comfort foods that we all love and sometimes require!
Influencias de Cocina
I'm a lover of Italian Food. Lidia Bastianich has been one of my influences for cooking authentic, home style Italian Food.

My memories of this wonderful donut are fond. A regular glazed donut isn't even close to those mouth-watering pastry delights.- 09 de Octubre de 2011You are lucky you got to have the original! Glad I could bring back some memories for you!
- 17 de Agosto de 2011I look forward to sharing recipes and definitely trying some of your pickling recipes. I've never pickled anything but it's definitely the time to learn.

- 27 de Marzo de 2013Hi John,
I have a new domain for my blog and the feed is not going through. It's been about 2 months since a new recipe has come up. I can't find anything on my account to change this. Could you look into it for me?
Thanks!
