Adapting recipes to suit a plant-based diet is my passion. I'm a graduate of Cornell's Hotel & Restaurant School, and have been vegetarian since my graduation 25+ years ago. My "meats" class changed my outlook on meat preparation and factory farming forever. I became fully vegan in 2009. I hold a 250 hour certification in krama vinyasa yoga, and love to share my love of spirituality and yoga, along with photos of our gorgeous sunrise here at my villa on St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands.
