Receta 1-2-3-4 Egg Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 apples, unpeeled
- 2 oranges, unpeeled
- 2 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt. Cream butter. Gradually add in sugar, beat till light and fluffy (stir in vanilla and almond extract). Beat in egg one at a time. Add in flour alternately with lowfat milk; beat smooth after each addition. Pour into three 9 inch layer cake pans that have been lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till cake is done.
