  1. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt. Cream butter. Gradually add in sugar, beat till light and fluffy (stir in vanilla and almond extract). Beat in egg one at a time. Add in flour alternately with lowfat milk; beat smooth after each addition. Pour into three 9 inch layer cake pans that have been lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till cake is done.
