Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredient together. Add in shortening and lowfat milk, blend. Beat 2 min with electric mixer at medium speed, scraping bowl and spoon often. Add in egg and vanilla and blend. Beat 2 min. Batter will be thin, you can add in a little lowfat milk if you want. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min in greased pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches or possibly 9 inch round pan.
