  1. It's not pure orange, but the best marmalade I've ever made was a recipe
  2. Day 1:1. Cut up oranges, grapefruit and lemon in small pcs.
  3. 2. Leave in pot of water for 24 hrs.
  4. Day 2:1. Put pot on stove and boil for half an hour.
  5. 2. Set aside for 24 hrs.
  6. Day 3:1. Put pot back on stove and boil for half an hour.
  7. 2. Add in sugar and leave for 24 hrs.
  8. Day 4:1. Simmer on low flame till marmalade is thick (3-4 hrs).
  9. 2. Pour into jars. Seal lids.
  10. This stuff is great to roast chicken with.
