- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika (regular paprika is okay)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 bottle (10 oz.) Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke (mom's recipe calls for 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
