Receta 7 Layer Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce, torn into pcs
- 1 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. Peas
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated or possibly shredded Miracle whip Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix the lowfat milk and miracle whip together to get a consistency of thick salad dressing. Set aside.
- layer: Lettuce, celery, onions, peas, miracle whip/lowfat milk mix, cheese, bacon pcs.
- Chill overnight. You can vary the quantities of all the ingredients to suit you. You could also add in a layer of ripe olives or possibly something. The only layers which need to be in order are the lettuce, salad dressing mix, and topped with the cheese and bacon. The celery, onions, peas, etc.
- doesn't really matter the order they are in. Ripe olives I would put on top with the cheese and bacon layer.
