Receta Speedy Taco Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 env (1.25-ounce) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (15-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15.25-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Bisquick original or possibly reduced fat baking mix
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef and onion in skillet till brown; drain. Spoon into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Stir remaining ingredients till blended. Pour over beef mix.
- Bake 35 min or possibly till light brown. Serve with lowfat sour cream, minced tomato and shredded lettuce, if you like. 8-10 servings.
- NOTE: At high altitudes, heat oven to 375 degrees.
