Receta A light Avocado & Tomato Salad
Perfect for a light lunch, or side dish to any main course.
Ingredientes
- One Haas Ripe Avocado (pitted) scoop flesh-Sliced
- One Ripe Tomato (cut into wedges)
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon (Juice only)
- 1 Teaspoon Sea or Kosher Salt
- Garnish with Cilantro or Parsley (chopped finely)
- One tablespoon Canola Oil
- Dash of Vinegar
- Dash Of Black pepper (optional)
Direcciones
- Scoop flesh from Ripe Avocado-Sliced (remove pit)
- Cut Ripe Tomato into wedges
- Plate Avocado/Tomato, add lemon juice, salt, dash of black pepper
- Cilantro or Parsley (As garnish), oil and vinegar
- (Note: I usually chill salad for 15-20 minutes before serving)
