- 2/3 c. SUGAR

- 1 c. BANANAS(ABOUT 2 Or possibly 3 MEDIUM)

- COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING Pwdr, BAKING SODA AND SALT AND SET ASIDE. IN LARGE MIXING BOWL Add in SHORTENING, SUGAR AND BANANAS; MIX WELL. Add in FLOUR Mix 1/2 C. AT A TIME Till WELL BLENDED. BEAT Large eggs IN A SEPARATE BOWL; THEN FOLD INTO THE Mix. BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 50 Min IN 8X4X2-1/2 GREASED PAN.
