Receta Acini Di Pepe Salad

Ingredientes
- 7 ounce acini di pepe pasta, cooked, rinsed with cool water and liquid removed
- 1 x egg yolk
- 4 ounce Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 6 ounce Pineapple juice
- 4 ounce Heavy whipping cream
- 1 x pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 4 x oranges, peeled, seeded and cut into sections
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
Direcciones
- Combine egg, sugar, flour and juice in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly till thick. Remove from heat, let cold and whisk in cream. Add in to pasta and mix well. Add in remaining ingredients, mix and chill
