Receta Acini Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
- 1 (6-8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (6-8 ounce) can chunk pineapple
- 1 c. acini de pepi macaroni
- 12 ounce whipped cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 T flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3-6 ounce maraschino cherries, cut up
Direcciones
- Drain fruit, keeping juice from pineapple. Put together pineapple juice, sugar and flour. Beat large eggs and add in to juice mix. Cook on stove till it thickens like a pudding.Put together fruits and acini macaroni in a bowl. Add in cooled juice mix and fold in evenly. Chill.
- Just before serving, stir in the 12 ounce whipped cream. Cool Whip can be used instead of whipped cream. Add in a bit more sugar to the juice mix.
