  • 1/4 c. soft brown sugar
  • 41/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 11/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp. whiskey (My husband likes 2 Tbsp.)

Direcciones

  1. Put all the ingredients except the whiskey and ice cream into a saucepan and mix well. Bring gently to a boil. Cook gently for 5 min, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from the heat and cold.
  3. Beat in the ice cream.
  4. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator till ready to serve.
  5. Pour into two glasses and add in the whiskey.
