Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. Butter, room temperature
- 11/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 lrg Large eggs, room temperature
- 2/3 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 11/4 c. Walnut pcs

- Preheat oven to 325*F. Greade a 9x9-in.metal baking pan lightly or possibly line with parchament paper. Heat chocolate in double boiler, over simmering but not boiling water. Cold to room temperature. Cream butter till fluffy. Add in sugar in thirds continuing to beat the mix till light and fluffy. Add in thr Large eggs, 1 at a time beating each in well. Fold in melted chocolate. Mix in flour by hand. Don't overmix. Mix in the nuts if using them. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 22 to 25 min. If you are using a glass bking dish bake 17 to 20 min. Till top is dry and a toothpick in center comes out clean. Cold completely in pan before cutting.
