Ingredientes
- 1 c. Soy flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk non-fat powdered
- 1/2 c. Wheat germ
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Dates minced
- 2 x Egg
- 1 c. Cheese creamy cottage
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil vegetable
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Preparation Time: 0:20In a large bowl, mix soy flour, lowfat milk pwdr, wheat germ, raisins and dates.
- In small bowl, mix cheese, Large eggs, water, honey, oil and vanilla. Add in cheese mix to dry ingredients and blend. Dough will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased pan.
- Microwave at FULL POWER 3-5 min or possibly till bottoms are hard.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies.
- Microwave time: 3-5 min. Conventional range time: 10-15 min at 325F.
