- 8 ounce Slices
- 4 ounce Dijon mustard
- 1 c. Seasoned bread crumbs --
- 1 dsh Cumin
- 1 dsh Yellow mustard seed
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 dsh Fresh thyme
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 dsh Black pepper
