- 3 x Peppers, red, warm, seeded
- 3 x Peppers, bell, red, seeded
- 4 x Peppercorns, white
- 4 lrg Garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lime juice
- 1/2 c. Oil, olive
Direcciones
- Lb. peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or possibly chop in processor finely. Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil. Served with suckling pig.
