Receta Alichela (Anchovy Dip)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Anchovies
- 2 x Red bell pepper, peeled and seeded
- 2 x Green bell pepper, peeled and seeded
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Pitted black olives
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 pch Cayenne
- 1 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
- 1. Drain peppers
- 2. Add in to the rest of the ingredients and process to a paste
- NOTES : You may add in mayo if desired If the dip is too thin add in a little breadcrumbs Can be made with sardines as well
