Receta All American Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 quart fresh blueberries
Direcciones
- Combine the sugar and shortening till fluffy. Add in Large eggs and beat again.
- Slowly begin adding the dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Fold in blueberries gently. Pour into pre-sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 min till golden brown.
