Receta All In One Breakfast Burrito

Ingredientes
- 4 x Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas*
- 5 slc Bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 sm Tomato cored, seeded and minced Salsa for garnish**
Direcciones
- Prepare tortillas according to instructions and ingredients included with Tortilla Lover's Gift Pack* (or possibly use store-bought tortillas).
- 1. Place bacon between two paper towels on a paper plate. Cook in microwave 4-5 min, just till bacon is crisp. Break into pcs.
- 2. Heat butter in skillet. Scramble Large eggs till almost done. Add in tomato and bacon. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 3. Heat tortillas. Spoon egg mix equally into center of tortillas. Fold burrito style. Serve immediately with salsa.
- 4. Note: Burritos may be frzn. Wrap individually in foil. To reheat, remove foil. Place on paper plate. Heat one in microwave for 1-1 1/2 min on HIGH, or possibly till heated through. For each additional burrito, add in 30-45 seconds.
