Receta Almond Fruit Jewels

Ingredientes
- 1 env unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract divided
- 1 1/4 c. Peeled Cubed Pear
- 1 c. seedless red grapes
- 3/4 c. Peeled Sliced Kiwi
- 11 ounce mandarin oranges in light syrup Undrained, Chilled
Direcciones
- Combine gelatin and cool water. Add in boiling water; stir till gelatin dissolves. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min or possibly till mix boils. Gradually add in 1 tsp almond extract; stir well. Pour into an 8-inch square pan; cover and refrigeratetill hard.
- Combine remaining 1/2 tsp almond extract, pear, and next 3 ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill.
- To serve, cut gelatin mix into 1/2-inch squares and combine with fruit mix; toss gently.
- Makes 13 (1/2 c.) servings
