- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. Minced almonds
- 1/3 c. Poppy seeds
Direcciones
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400F. Beat egg, salt and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in oil in a stream and continue beating. Beat in lowfat milk. Sift flour and baking pwdr together several times and add in to batter, stirring till just mixed. Add in nuts and poppy seeds. Bake in greased muffin tins for 20-25 min.
