Ingredientes

4 x Large eggs, separated
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1/3 c. grated chocolate
1/2 c. minced blanched almonds
1 tsp baking pwdr
3/4 c. grnd graham crackers

Direcciones

Beat the egg yolks till lemon-colored and thick. Add in sugar gradually, Beat egg whites stiff and dry and fold into mix. Add in chocolate, almonds, baking pwdr and crackers. Bake in buttered pan about 30 min at 350 , Split and put whipped cream between and on top.
