Receta Almost Alfredo Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Linguini
- 1/2 c. Low fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese Coarsely grnd pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Cook linguini till desired doneness
- 2. Meanwhile, place cottage cheese, skim lowfat milk and parmesan cheese in electric blender or possibly food processor. Whirl till smooth.
- 3. Toss linguini with sauce in serving bowl. Season with pepper and serve at once.
