Receta Alsatian Onion Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 lrg onions, finely diced
- 1 c. soy lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. hard tofu, crumbled
- 5 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. unbleached flour
- 1 Tbsp. couscous
- 1 whl wheat pie shell in a 10-inch tart pan
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute/fry onions in oil till translucent/soft and soft. Whisk soy lowfat milk, tofu, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and flour till smooth. Mix onions, soy lowfat milk mix, and couscous. Pour all into prepared pie shell. Bake for about 30 min.
