Ingredientes
- 100 gm Corn flour
- 30 gm Wheat flour
- 20 gm Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/8 lt Lowfat milk (approximately) Oil for frying
Direcciones
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Add in the egg and lowfat milk and stir to create a viscous dough. In a pan, heat the oil. Add in the dough one spoon at a time and fry till golden brown. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve warm.
