  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts - (to 6)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp Madras curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can or possibly jar mushrooms - (4 ounce or possibly more) (or possibly use fresh mushrooms)
  • 1/4 c. amaretto
  • 1 tsp Gravymaster or possibly Kitchen Bouquet
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, curry pwdr, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper in a plastic or possibly paper bag. Add in chicken breasts (rinsed and patted dry) and toss to coat. Brown quickly in warm vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Transfer to crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve with rice.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
