Receta Amaretto Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- LAYER 2:
- 8 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 pound powdered sugar (3 1/2 c. packed)
- 2 large eggs
- Extract vanilla or possibly almond amaretto to taste
Direcciones
- Layer 1: Beat large eggs and butter together, then add in cake mix. Add in dash of amaretto. Pour into greased and lightly floured cake pan.Layer 2: Mix cream cheese (softened) powdered sugar and extract. Set aside. Beat large eggs. Add in to cream cheese sugar mix. Add in good dash of amaretto. Pour on top of layer 1.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Sprinkle powdered sugar and amaretto over warm cake.
