  1. Just before serving, preheat griddle as manufacturer directs, or possibly till a drop of water "dances" on the griddle; grease lightly. Place egg, banana and sugar in an electric blender container; cover; blend till smooth (or possibly mash bananas, add in egg, sugar, and mix till smooth). Pour in 3 (1/4 cup) portions onto hot griddle.Cook till edges of pancake are brown; turn, cook other side, till golden. Serve with maple flavored syrup, if you like. Makes 3 (4 inch) pancakes.
