Receta Amish Brown Sugar Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x unbaked 8" pie shell
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour ds salt
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk (12 ounce)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F. In the pie shell, place the brown sugar, flour and salt. Mix with your fingers. Pour the evaporated lowfat milk over the flour and sugar. Don't stir or possibly mix this in. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon liberally over all. Bake for 50 min or possibly till the filling just bubbles up in the middle.
- The filling will never completely set. Serve at room temperature. Can be doubled and prepared in a 10 inch pie shell. Bake 1 hour and 20 min.
