Receta Amish Friendship Apple Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Then add in: 2 c. apples

- Mix together:
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.Bake at 350°F for 50-55 min, till done.
- Get your Sour Dough Batter from a friend, or possibly start your own. You can also obtain San Francisco Sourdough Starter in dehydrated form, much as you would purchased active dry yeast.
- Mix together in a bowl 1 tsp active dry yeast, 1/4 cup warm water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- Cover and let stand 2-3 days. It will become bubbly and will have a sour but pleasant odor, much like a pizza shop or possibly bread bakery.
- Separate into 3 portions and give 2 of them away to friends.
