Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Puritan oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 can (16 ounce) pumpkin
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. water
- Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, oil and egg whites together. Add in pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 2 (5 x 9 inch) tins at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
