Receta Pumpkin Nut Bread (No Eggs)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. oil
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can (No. 2 1/2) or possibly 1 quart. pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. minced nuts
- 5 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 c. raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- Mix oil and sugar in large bowl. Add in pumpkin and mix well. Sift dry ingredients. Reserve 1 cup flour. Add in dry ingredients to pumpkin mix. Add in last cup flour and nuts and raisins. Put into greased bread pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
