Ingredients: 1 lb Sundried tomatoes -- packed In oil With 1/4 c. of oil -- from Jar; 1 lb Feta cheese -- crumbled; 2 bn Fresh cilantro or possibly parsley -- Coarsely minced; 8 ounce Angel hair pasta

Ingredientes

1 lb Sundried tomatoes -- packed In oil With 1/4 c. of oil -- from Jar
1 lb Feta cheese -- crumbled
2 bn Fresh cilantro or possibly parsley -- Coarsely minced
8 ounce Angel hair pasta

Direcciones

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta until al dente, the drain and toss with sauce. Serve hot or possibly cool.
Serves 8 as appetizer orside dish.
