Receta Angle Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Cake flour, ( I used regular
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar, ( 1 c. sugar +3/4 c. icing sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Eggwhits, ( I use 1 2/3)
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract, (any extrarct will do )
Direcciones
- 8 1/2" Spring pan by 3 1/2" high
- Sift flour sugar and salt 9 times (I did only three) set a side. Beat eggwhites till frothy add in cream of tartar continue beating till stiff but not dry. Beat in vanilla and almond extract.
- Mix in flour mix TWO tbsp at the time folding till batter is smooth Don't OVER FOLD
- Pour into Un Greased pan spread proportionately bake in pre heated 325 f 65 t0 70 min (I baked only 60 min)
- Remove from oven invert at once LET CAKE HANG Till Cool . Ice or possibly not as desired
