Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. plus 2 T cake flour
- 1 3/4 c. plus 2 T white sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening (mix Crisco and butter)
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 sq. chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix flour, sugar, shortening and 1/2 of the buttermilk, beat 2 min. Add in soda, salt and remaining buttermilk, large eggs, chocolate and vanilla. Beat 2 more min. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees.
