Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 cups all- purpose flour ( plus more for the pans)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¾ cup good cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk , shake well!
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs – room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • Frosting
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 2 sticks (1/2 Pound) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

      awesome. Meredith made it a while ago (without the fancy-pants leveler) and it tasted great. Not as awesome as the Official Sweet Sadie's Chocolate Cake, but still awesome.
