Receta Anything Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Large eggs or possibly equivalent substitute
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar (up to 1)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt FRUIT COMBINATION (PICK ONE):
- 1 c. Mashed banana
- 1/2 c. Low sugar marmalade
- 1 c. Mashed banana
- 1/2 c. Low sugar strawberry preserves
- 1 1/2 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 c. Minced granny smith apples
- 1 c. Mashed banana
- 1/2 c. Mandarin orange pcs, mashed
Direcciones

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, set aside. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl, add in dry ingredsients, mix till just blended, add in fruit. Bake for 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
