Receta Anytime Cranberry Relish

Ingredientes
- 1 x orange peeled, quartered, and seeds removed
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 c. diced unpeeled apple
- 1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple - (8 ounce) liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Place the orange in a blender or possibly food processor and process till coarsely grnd. Spoon into a medium bowl and set aside.
- Repeat with the cranberries. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
