Receta Apple And Ricotta Crepes

Ingredientes
- 1 x apples, Granny Smith
- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. flour, plain
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 100 ml maple syrup
Direcciones
- Grate apple and mix with ricotta, Large eggs, honey, spices and salt. Sift in flour and baking pwdr and mix till combined.
- Butter or possibly oil a heavy-based frypan or possibly non stick pan, and heat.
- Cook pancakes individually, adding 1/2 c. of the batter at a time. When top bubbles and bottom browns, flip over and brown the other side.
- Serve with cream, ice-cream, maple syrup and fresh fruit, or possibly on their own.
- Ricotta is available at most delis and supermarkets.
