Receta Apple Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. minced and peeled apples
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, cream applesauce and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and vanilla, add in egg whites and beat thoroughly. Add in mix to applesauce and sugar, mix well.Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put together dry ingredients in bowl with wet ingredients, mix till well-blended. Add in fruit and nuts and mix well. Pour into a well-greased and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan 10-15 min. Yield one loaf (16 slices).
