Receta Banana Nut Bread 2

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 2/3 c. Original Bisquick
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan.
- Stir bananas, sugar, lowfat milk, oil, vanilla and Large eggs in large bowl. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cold 10 min.
- Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cold completely before slicing.
- This recipe yields one loaf, 24 slices.
- Yield: 1 loaf
