Ingredientes
- 4 c. Apples, peeled, pared and sliced (I usually use granny smiths)
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Butter
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or possibly butter square casserole dish. Place apples in casserole dish and sprinkle with orange juice. Mix together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter till crumbly. Don't over process. Sprinkle this topping mix over the apples. Bake for approximately 45 min, or possibly till apples are tender. The quantities listed above tend to make quite a bit of the topping, you may want to cut back although we never do, since the topping is our favorite part!
