Receta Apple Carrot Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. instant lowfat milk, dry
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. safflower oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. grated apple
- 1 c. grated carrot
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put together lowfat milk, solids, baking pwdr, salt, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour. Put together honey, oil, large eggs, and stir into dry ingredients. Mix in apple and carrots. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or possibly paper muffin cups. Bake 15-20 min.
