Receta Apple Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts, broken
- 6 med. or possibly 5 lg. apples (in chunks - not too small)
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, beat large eggs. Add in sugar slowly into the mix. Add in oil. In another bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking pwdr, and cinnamon). Add in the dry mix to the egg mix (by hand). Add in the apples, nuts, and chocolate chips. Put the mix into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Cool before cutting into bars.
