Receta Apple Cider Fondue

Ingredientes
- 2 c. apple cider
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. provolone cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
Direcciones
- Bring the apple cider to a boil or possibly microwave on high till the cider is reduced by half. Add in the remaining ingredients to the boiling cider, and mix well. Continue to heat till the mix is smooth and bubbling warm. Briskly whisk the fondue to make sure it is smooth and pour into a pre-warmed serving dish. Serve immediately.
