Receta Apple Cinnamon Quesadillas

Ingredientes
- Spiced Yogurt Dipping sauce (recipe follows)
- 1 med Mcintosh apple, cored and minced
- 3/4 c. No-sugar-added applesauce
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 4 x Flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/4 c. (1 oz) shredded reduced- fat Cheddar cheese Non stick cooking spray
- 1/2 c. Vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. No-sugar added applesauce Dash grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Prepare Special Yogurt Dipping Sauce. Set aside.
- Combine apple, applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl; mix well.
- Spoon half of apple mix onto tortilla; sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with another tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas and apple mix.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat till warm. Cook quesadillas, one at a time, about 2 min on each side or possibly till golden. Cut each quesadilla into four wedges.
- Serve with Spiced Yogurt Dipping Sauce.
- DIPPING SAUCE: Combine yogurt, applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl, mix well. Chill till ready to use.
