Receta Apple Cranberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Oats
- 3 Tbsp. Whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. Granulated white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
- 2 c. Slices apples
- 2 c. Diced rhubarb, diced
- 1 c. Cranberries, fresh or possibly frzn
Direcciones
- 1. Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour
- 3. Add in fruit to flour mix, and toss to coat.
- 4. Spoon fruit mix into a 2 litre baking dish, sprinkle with topping mix
- 5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 min till fruit is tender.
- NOTES: Serve this quick and easy to prepare dish hot or possibly at room temperature. For an extra special treat serve with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
