Press into 10 x 15 inch pan.Put together apple, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and lemon juice. Spread over crust. Heat caramels in evaporated lowfat milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over apple layer. Put together cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup sugar. Beat till smooth. Spread over caramel layer. Top with pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min. Cool slightly. Cut into bars.
